There's a lot of noise in daily life -- obligations, opinions, unfinished thoughts. Noticing Self is an invitation to step out of that noise and spend some time with what's actually present inside you.
In these one-on-one sessions, we use tarot or oracle cards as a mirror, not a crystal ball. The cards don't tell you what to do; they help surface what you already sense but may not yet have words for. Sessions can be structured around a specific question or situation, or left open to follow wherever you are that day.
